Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Call Center Representative for a remote WV position. The role supports health plan members with a professional, Internet-based environment, requiring HIPAA knowledge and strong communication.

The position requires 1 year of call center experience, reliable broadband, and availability 7:00 AM–7:00 PM ET. Pay starts at $16/hour with a potential annual range reflecting regional factors and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year.
• Must have current access to High Speed Internet (min speed 25 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload).
• Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday.
• Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period.
• Experience in Health Care with HIPAA Privacy Rules; CPT and ICD-10 terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide member support with a professional tone.
• Multi-task while navigating systems and maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure member questions are addressed promptly.
