Job summary

AMSURG, a national leader in ambulatory surgery center services, is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain for a remote-first role. The role oversees inventory management and purchasing strategies to reduce costs and improve service for surgery center partners.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in healthcare supply chain, with experience in GPOs and strong MS Word/Excel skills. Expect up to 10% travel and a focus on collaboration with center directors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in healthcare supply chain.
• Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enroll centers with GPO partner.
• Enroll centers in purchasing programs/contracts.
• Maintain records of licenses & DEAs for vendor contracts.
• Monitor compliance with GPO and contract terms.
• Produce monthly vendor utilization reports by center.
• Communicate with centers at least monthly to assist needs.
• Assist with capital equipment sourcing and contract renewals.
