Job summary

Vantage Point Logistics, Inc is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and scope customized healthcare logistics solutions. You will work with Sales, Account Management, and Product to align customer requirements with delivery capabilities and platform integrations.

The role involves travel, deep technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should have extensive integration experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare IT systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar consulting role.
3+ years hands-on experience with software integrations, APIs, webhooks, data mapping, ETL processes.
Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, supply chain workflows, or pharmacy operations.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Design and document customized solution architectures tailored to each customer’s needs.
Evaluate and recommend platform configurations and integrations (APIs, EDI, SFTP, HL7, FHIR).
Lead discussions with customers, from IT staff to C-suite executives, translating complex concepts clearly.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure delivery success.
