Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead cross‑functional software implementation and upgrades for healthcare projects in a remote capacity. You will manage stakeholders, schedules, risks, and installation readiness, while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of related experience or a Master’s with 1 year, plus travel ~5–10%.

Qualifications

• Analytical and detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team‑oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service acumen and conflict management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~5–10% for visits, training or meetings.
• General knowledge of network design, software controls systems, and server management.
• Experience with business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills are key; a strong technical background helps to balance competing interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross‑functional software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Oversee stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks and action items using PM tools.
• Maintain client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction across projects.
• Provide reports detailing installation activities and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries for timely installation.
• Review purchase orders for special service requirements and follow up as needed.
• Advise customers on complex facility requirements including IT security and network needs.
• Support customers during implementation of predefined concepts.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and identify and mitigate risks.
