Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Sr. Software Project Manager for Complex Projects to drive large-scale cross-functional software implementations in healthcare settings. You will own governance, risk management, schedules, and stakeholder satisfaction across client and partner teams.

Remote role within the US Southwest focus, willing to travel up to 15–20%. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, oncology experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management or Oncology experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20% to visit customers, training or in-person meetings.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with business and project management tools, including Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts from project initiation to closure.
• Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects lifecycle.
• Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast.
• Mentor and support the development of other project managers.
