Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Healthcare Services (REMOTE) to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering care management, utilization management, and related services across Texas. The role emphasizes compliant, proactive care delivery and coordination to improve member outcomes.

The position requires strong leadership, RN/LPN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW licensure where applicable, and a proven ability to manage staffing, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of health care experience, including managed care exposure (utilization management, care management, transitions, LTSS or related programs).
• Current clinical licensure in a state where practice is required (RN/LPN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW etc.) where applicable by contract.
• Strong customer service mindset with a member‑centric focus.
• Ability to adapt style across diverse settings and individuals and to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a multidisciplinary team across care management, utilization management, behavioral health, LTSS, or related programs.
• Ensures compliant, proactive, integrated delivery and coordination of care.
• Oversees staffing, performance metrics and service levels to satisfy customers.
• Facilitates cross‑functional collaboration and communicates with senior leadership on operational issues.
• Reports on plan utilization, staff productivity and cost‑effective care delivery.
• Maintains professional relationships with providers, customers and state agencies.
