Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking TX-licensed behavioral health professionals (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW) to support Medicaid members with behavioral health needs. Most work is telephonic, with occasional in-person meetings. Remote in Texas; M–F, 8 AM–5 PM in your time zone.

Requirements include 2+ years in health care, active Texas licenses, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation software. Travel 25–40% may be required depending on contract.

Competenze

• Two+ years of health care experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Active and unrestricted Texas license from the listed clinician types.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with care coordination and telephonic case management.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Completes comprehensive behavioral health assessments per timelines and determines care coordination eligibility.
• Develops and implements care plans with member, caregivers and providers.
• Conducts telephonic, in-person, or home visits as required.
• Monitors and documents progress toward goals and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains ongoing member caseload with regular outreach and management.
• Promotes integration of behavioral health with LTSS and home/community resources.
