Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a leader to direct multidisciplinary healthcare services teams from a remote position, local to Washington state and aligned with PST hours. You will guide utilization management, behavioral health, and care transitions, ensuring outcomes through integrated delivery and cost-effective member care.

Ideal candidates hold required clinical licensure, bring 3+ years of management experience, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years healthcare experience with 5+ years managed care in relevant areas.
• 3+ years management/leadership experience.
• RN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW licensure where applicable.
• Strong customer service and member-centric focus.
• Ability to work in diverse settings and with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance for utilization management, behavioral health, and/or special programs.
• Facilitates integrated, proactive healthcare services management with regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Develops and monitors standardized protocols for care coordination and management.
• Promotes interdepartmental integration to enhance clinical services.
• May function as a hands-on leader evaluating systems and day-to-day operations.
• Ensures staffing levels and customer satisfaction by monitoring productivity and performance.
