Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior healthcare services leader to guide a multidisciplinary team in utilization management, behavioral health, care transitions, and programs, ensuring integrated care and cost-effective outcomes.

You will oversee staffing, performance, compliance with state and federal standards, and collaboration with senior leadership; local travel may be required. This is a remote role with PST hours for a WA-based candidate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in health care with managed care experience including utilization management, care management, care transitions, BH, LTSS or related areas.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• RN/LVN/LPN or equivalent licensure required by state contract/regs if applicable.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work across diverse settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of one or more healthcare services functions (utilization management, behavioral health, special programs).
• Guide integrated, proactive care management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor standardized protocols for clinical and non-clinical activities.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance clinical services.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and monitor productivity and service levels.
• Lead initiatives in accordance with contracts and accreditation standards.
• Present issues and remediation plans to senior leadership.
• Oversee interdisciplinary care team meetings and performance metrics.
