• Ability to travel up to 75%, with about 25% overnight.
• Proven track record of results in sales.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of organizations.
• Strong negotiating and business acumen for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan to retain key end users and grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Identify top accounts within the territory and outline plans to retain, grow, and deliver value.
• Collaborate with internal resources, customers, and distributors to reach sales goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of healthcare sector and Solenis products and programs.
• Present appropriate solutions to key customers and articulate their value.
• Complete administrative tasks including updates to tools, pricing, budgeting, travel and expenses.
