Zusammenfassung

Solenis is seeking a Healthcare Sales Executive to cover Northern California remotely. You will develop and execute plans to grow key accounts, balancing distributor collaborations and direct sales to healthcare providers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside healthcare sales, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into value propositions across Diversey products and programs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of outside healthcare sales experience with a proven record of results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and identify needs at multiple levels of the user organization.
• Ability to integrate users’ needs with Solenis’ offering to determine the best solution for the end user.
• Experience selling to both B2B customers and distributors.
• Business and finance acumen to negotiate with larger customers and drive profitability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient with standard office software and CRM.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs and operate required equipment as needed.

• Create a sales plan to retain key end users and profitably grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Identify accounts within the territory and outline a plan to retain, grow and deliver value to these customers.
• Collaborate with internal resources, customers and distributors to achieve sales goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of the healthcare sector and Diverseday products and programs.
• Use facility assessments and structured trials to gain commitment and demonstrate value.
• Complete key administrative tasks including CRM updates, pricing, budgeting, travel and expenses.
