Job summary

Brightree by Resmed seeks an Advanced Professional Services Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of the HME/DME product. You will configure systems, design workflows, and train customers while guiding a seamless transition to live operations.

You will work with clients to document requirements, develop training materials, and drive adoption through remote sessions, troubleshooting, and ongoing product feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing healthcare software systems.
• Ability to manage end-to-end software implementations.
• Strong training delivery and materials development experience.
• Experience with SaaS applications and remote sessions.
• Leadership skills to manage customer expectations and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Brightree HME/DME product for customers.
• Provide remote implementation and training services for Brightree HME/DME.
• Document business and technical requirements during sessions.
• Create training materials and configuration guides for product updates.
• Escalate and manage issues, track defects with Support and Product teams.
