We’relooking for an Advanced Professional Services Consultant tolead the successful delivery of Brightree’s HME/DME solutions. In this role,you’llmanage end-to-end software implementations, guiding customers through system configuration, workflow design, and training while ensuring a seamless transition to live operations.You’llcollaborate closely with clients to understand their business and technical needs, develop tailored training materials, and drive adoption through engaging remote sessions. Acting as a trusted advisor,you’lltroubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and provide ongoing feedback to improvethe productexperience. Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits. Salary range for this position is $91,000 - $114,000. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
