Innobot Health is a U.S. based healthcare automation company seeking a business analyst to translate revenue cycle challenges into automation requirements and measurable outcomes.

This remote-first role centers on mapping workflows with clients, defining success metrics, and collaborating with RPA engineers through design, build, and testing phases. You will document processes for UAT and go-lives, support client teams, and communicate progress to stakeholders across time zones.

Formación

• 2+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in healthcare or RCM.
• Working knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle: eligibility, claims, payments, and denials.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, cross time zone team.

Responsabilidades

• Map revenue cycle workflows with clients and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate operational problems into clear, buildable automation requirements.
• Partner with RPA engineers through design, build, and testing.
• Define success metrics and validate automation outcomes against them.
• Document processes, requirements, and exception paths.
• Support user acceptance testing and go-lives with client teams.
• Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders on both sides.
