Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Associate in Healthcare Service Capture to help clients in the rapidly evolving healthcare environment optimize revenue cycle processes and outcomes.

You will work on multi‑project engagements, applying Huron methodologies to design and deliver sustainable improvements across clinical and financial operations. This role requires collaboration, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations including charge capture.
• Exposure to SQL preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
• Identify data gaps and risks to develop actionable recommendations.
• Summarize information and present findings to leadership.
• Provide supervision and coaching of junior team members.
• Deliver solutions tailored to client needs in healthcare services.
