Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Manager on the Mid Revenue Cycle team with a focus on Service Capture. You will guide clients in design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies that drive compliance and revenue recovery.

You will lead engagements across hospitals and health systems, develop work plans, review deliverables, and present findings to clinical and executive audiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience including service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional settings.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients in design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies to drive compliance and revenue recovery.
• Lead consulting engagements to enhance revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans, ensuring engagements stay on schedule and milestones are met.
• Oversee development, review, and quality assurance of client deliverables for executive audiences.
• Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry, and billing processes using data to identify improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of quality, integrity and collaboration.
