Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Healthcare Reporting Analyst I to prepare and analyze financial and RCM data, audit provider rosters, and support data quality initiatives. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with health plans, and delivering insights to enhance patient care and network performance.

Remote work is offered with a schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm; candidates must reside in OH, FL, or NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Associate’s Degree and two years of experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience.
• Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
• Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
• Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Audit and validate provider roster data from contracted health plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract requirements and SLAs.
• Monitor roster errors and support new health plan implementations through roster audits and quality assurance reviews.
