LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project-Based Attorney to support a healthcare regulatory and policy practice. This fully remote opportunity requires 2+ years of legal experience and an active attorney license, with a focus on developing healthcare law expertise.

The position emphasizes strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and offers training and development within a highly regulated area of law. Remote collaboration with attorneys and flexible hours are key features.

Formación

• 2+ years of legal experience.
• Active attorney license.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in healthcare law, policy, and regulatory matters.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialized practice area.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work hours aligned with Central and/or Eastern time zones.
• Must reside and be licensed in a state where the organization maintains an office: TX, MA, SC, NC, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, OR, WA, DC, DE, IL

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulatory and policy matters
• Draft legal memoranda and other written work product
• Assist with healthcare compliance and regulatory matters
• Support contract review and healthcare-related corporate transactions
• Research federal and state healthcare laws, regulations, and agency guidance
• Collaborate remotely with attorneys on ongoing client matters
