Qualifications

Project-Based Attorney – Healthcare Regulatory & Policy

Fully Remote | 2+ Years of Experience | $80-100/hour

A sophisticated legal team is seeking a Project-Based Attorney to support a growing healthcare regulatory and policy practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of legal experience who is interested in developing deeper expertise within healthcare law.

Prior healthcare experience is not required. The team is open to training an attorney with a strong legal foundation, excellent research and writing skills, and a genuine interest in healthcare policy and regulatory matters. The team is committed to investing in the right person and providing meaningful training and development.

Preferred Experience

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Experience or exposure in any of the following areas would be beneficial:

• Fraud and abuse matters
• HIPAA and health system privacy matters
• Stark Law
• False Claims Act
• Medicare-related matters
• Academic medical center research matters
• Healthcare regulatory compliance
• Contract review
• Corporate transactions involving healthcare clients

• Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
