Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Associate Recruiter for a remote-friendly role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. You will source candidates for clinical and non-clinical staff to fill posted positions across HCA facilities.

Responsibilities include building candidate pools, prequalifying applicants, guiding relocation data, submitting qualified candidates to recruiters, and maintaining ongoing candidate communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates by telephone for existing and new candidates to fill open positions.
• Maintain candidate profiles in the database and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for open positions by determining requirements.
• Provide information on position requirements, market, location and relocation options.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication.
• Occasionally assist hospitals with verifying candidate status post interview.
• Other duties as assigned.
