Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant for a partner company in the United States. The role focuses on developing quality measurement strategies, optimizing reporting, and turning healthcare data into actionable intelligence.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, external payers, and data professionals to improve value-based care outcomes. The position supports enterprise-wide quality initiatives, dashboards, and data visualization solutions while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of healthcare admin, project management, or quality improvement.
Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
Experience leading enterprise-wide quality reporting and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Contribute to enterprise-wide quality and health outcomes measures and performance goals.
Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality measure definitions and code lists with data/tech teams.
Lead development of enterprise dashboards, reports, and tools for quality improvement.
Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
Translate analytical findings into actionable improvement strategies for leadership.
