Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States to advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights and improvement initiatives. You will develop quality measures, optimize reporting processes, and transform complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence for clinical and leadership teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, quality improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and analytical methods used to evaluate healthcare performance, interpret trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience developing reports, graphs, dashboards, and other data visualization materials, as well as maintaining and interpreting statistical information.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development and implementation of enterprise-wide quality and health outcomes measures, definitions, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs to ensure alignment with evolving healthcare expectations.
• Maintain programming specifications, measure definitions, and code lists for quality measures used in value-based agreements.
• Lead the development of enterprise-wide reports, workflows, and tools to improve healthcare quality and outcomes.
• Establish processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate interpretation and communication of quality data with leaders, translating findings into action.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation activities and resolution of reporting deficiencies.
• Develop accessible quality intelligence solutions with dashboards and visualizations for clinicians and executives.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders, tracking trends and opportunities.
• Analyze value-based payer quality performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned areas, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Lead system-wide quality improvement initiatives related to payer data feeds and reporting.
