Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company in the United States, seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant. The role focuses on data-driven quality measures, reporting optimization, and transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and payer partners to improve value-based care performance. You will lead dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics, while promoting data accuracy and supporting enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence or related area.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measures and performance improvement strategies.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives and manage timelines.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality measurement strategies and enterprise-wide reports and dashboards.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation activities.
• Coordinate data infrastructure supporting quality reporting requirements.
• Lead quality intelligence meetings and communicate insights to leadership.
