The role focuses on developing quality measurement strategies, dashboards, and data-driven improvements across value-based care programs. Remote work is supported for eligible U.S.

candidates. You will collaborate with clinicians, leaders, payer partners, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and produce actionable insights that drive better outcomes and reporting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in healthcare administration or quality improvement.
• Knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA programs, and value-based care concepts.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures and dashboards.
• Lead reporting initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and payer teams to drive improvement.
