Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Manager – Healthcare to lead end-to-end QA delivery for complex payer programs. You will drive test strategy, governance, release readiness, and cross-team collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.

You will own testing across Facets programs, manage SLAs, risks, and dependencies, and communicate with executive stakeholders. A Healthcare payer focus and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience, with a focus on Healthcare Payer systems.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale Facets programs.
• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery across healthcare payer programs, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing.
• Own test strategy, planning, estimation, scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness.
• Provide testing governance across large-scale Facets programs and multiple workstreams.
• Lead multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations to drive delivery.
• Manage client and executive stakeholder communication, delivery governance, SLAs, risks, and service commitments.
