Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Manager – Healthcare to lead end-to-end quality engineering delivery for complex healthcare payer programs. You will drive test strategy, governance, release readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/QE with Healthcare Payer systems, strong stakeholder management, and experience overseeing large-scale Facets programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience in Healthcare Payer systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale Facets programs.
• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery across healthcare payer programs.
• Own test strategy, planning, estimation, scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness.
• Provide testing governance across large-scale Facets programs.
• Lead multi-vendor teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Manage client and executive stakeholder communication, governance, SLAs, risks, dependencies, and service commitments.
