Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to drive quality assurance for a healthcare payer platform. You will lead test strategy, validation, and end-to-end testing, coordinating with business stakeholders and clients in a client-facing role. Strong FACETS expertise and leadership in testing are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FACETS, preferably within healthcare payer environments.
• Strong experience leading testing efforts in enterprise applications.
• Experience with configuration validation and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, review test scenarios and test cases, and communicate outcomes.
• Monitor testing progress and deliver actionable insights through metrics and governance reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, development teams, and clients in an Agile or enterprise delivery environment.
