Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Junior Healthcare Project Manager to drive moderately complex healthcare projects from initiation through completion. You will own plans, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in ambulatory, hospital, or post-acute settings, with strong requirements gathering and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in healthcare environments.
• Strong healthcare delivery experience within ambulatory, hospital/acute care, and/or post-acute environments.
• Experience managing projects in a large enterprise/ePMO environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering experience working with operational leaders and frontline stakeholders.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision and drive work forward in ambiguous situations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience using standard project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute moderately complex healthcare projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive accountability for project commitments.
• Gather and document business and operational requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate meetings and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, scope, and budget.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams to support process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Independently assess project challenges, develop recommendations, and drive projects forward.
