Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a senior professional to provide subject matter expertise and leadership to align enterprise health services strategies across health plans. Qualifications

5+ years of health care experience including clinical operations.
Experience in utilization management, care management, care transitions, behavioral health, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience working within state, federal, and third-party regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with enterprise and market stakeholders to plan, implement, and sustain healthcare services initiatives.
Serve as a communication conduit between enterprise teams and health plans, enabling two-way feedback and issue resolution.
Support governance and oversight by identifying barriers and risks and developing action plans.
Provide consultation on enterprise programs, regulatory requirements, and best practices to health plans.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive implementation of initiatives and change management efforts.
Monitor progress, communicate status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership.
