Job summary

Pennant Services is hiring a Product Manager to streamline the technology used by clinicians and back-office staff across home health, hospice, home care and senior living. You’ll own end-to-end product delivery, partnering with field teams to reduce manual work and improve patient care outcomes.

You’ll shape roadmaps, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering and design to ship AI-enabled tools that save time and drive adoption. Remote options available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, including healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS.
• Hands-on with EMR as user/administrator or product partner.
• End-to-end product ownership from discovery to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians and office staff to map the full patient journey.
• Define and ship solutions reducing clicks and data entry.
• Shape AI-enabled tools to automate routine work.
• Improve back-office operations and efficiency across care settings.
• Own roadmap, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design to deliver value.
