Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SQL development experience, including complex queries and optimization.
• 5+ years of data engineering/BI experience within healthcare.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare data terminology and coding systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and clinical/operational reports.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, automate repeatable reports.
• Develop new dashboards and data products for healthcare providers and health plans.
• Create and maintain data repositories and analytics environments for exploration.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across healthcare datasets.
• Document reporting logic, processes, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Contribute ideas for new data products and BI improvements.
