Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager for Healthcare Payer to lead large-scale transformation programs in a remote-capable US-based role. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, manage risks, and align with client leadership and vendors to deliver complex platform implementations and modernizations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement within Cognizant’s Healthcare Delivery team,

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs, with significant experience in healthcare payer environments.
Proven experience managing platform implementations, modernization programs, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and Jira governance.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, quality engineering, conversion, and integration functions.
Experience managing executive stakeholders, client leadership teams, vendors, and distributed delivery organizations.
Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, core administration platforms, claims, enrollment, benefits, provider, or related business domains.
Proven track record of driving delivery excellence through risk management, dependency management, resource planning, and operational governance.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare payer transformation initiatives.
Drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams, including business analysis, configuration, development, testing, conversion, integration, and release management.
Establish and maintain delivery governance, sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
Manage program risks, issues, and impediments while proactively developing mitigation and resolution plans.
Partner with client leadership, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate integrated planning, environment readiness, implementation activities, and production releases.
