Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations, COB, MSP, or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates identifying, investigating, and validating payment and revenue integrity opportunities.
• Develop employee performance through coaching, training, mentorship, and career development.
• Manage departmental priorities, workloads, and resources to meet goals.
• Oversee offshore vendor relationships, training, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and results.
• Partner with senior leadership to set production strategies.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, NAIC, COB guidelines, HIPAA and client expectations.
• Resolve client concerns with leadership and customer-focused solutions.
