Job summary

Everise, Inc. seeks a Team Leader - Operations to supervise a dedicated group of associates on the production floor. You will coach, monitor KPI performance, and ensure adherence to Everise and client standards while driving quality customer interactions.

You will address escalations, coordinate with the client team, and guide on-the-job training to help associates meet demanding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and evaluate associate performance against KPI and provide feedback to ensure goals are met.
• Be the constant presence on the production floor and engage associates in productive work.
• Ensure underperforming associates meet client expectations via written action plans.
• Resolve customer escalations and communicate with client and management.
• Coordinate communication between center management, client and associates.
• Participate in associate selection and interviewing process.
• Provide on-the-job or up-training to enable associates to meet expectations.
