Job summary

Openkrill is building a scalable operations backbone for healthcare tech from the Philippines. We’re seeking detail-oriented Operations Associates to support lab test processing, vendor coordination, and real-time system monitoring.

You’ll work with our Lab Ops Team Manager and cross-functional partners, handling orders, SLA targets, and internal documentation. A US-based startup mindset with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional work experience with US-based companies.
• Backgrounds in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or lab operations valued.
• Excellent written communication, especially in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with remote work tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Linear/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lab Test Management: process lab test orders and ensure timely results.
• System Monitoring & Issue Resolution: monitor dashboards and troubleshoot issues.
• Customer Support: assist customers via Slack, email, and ticketing systems; maintain SLA.
• Operational Support: assist cross-functional teams and document processes; use internal tools.
