Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office in Texas Oncology. The role supports all Texas Oncology sites while based in Dallas, with up to 20% travel for training and team meetings.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise‑wide change, map processes, document requirements, and align digital health initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years as a BA in healthcare, digital health, or technology transformation.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and validating solutions.
• Proficient in requirements management and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle, and vendors.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to support strategic priorities.
• Draft and maintain BRDs and related artifacts.
• Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases.
• Document workshop outcomes into visual models and structured deliverables.
• Apply healthcare workflow knowledge to map and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Validate deliverables against BRDs and maintain traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor solutions with workflows.
• Support change management activities and develop training materials.
• Develop KPI frameworks and track outcomes.
