Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Remote Healthcare Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role supports core compliance infrastructure across the organization, including risk registers, CAPs, auditing, and governance reporting, with up to 20% travel.

You will translate findings into actionable insights for leadership, leverage Microsoft 365 tools, and help ensure adherence to federal and state requirements within a physician group/oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare compliance, internal audit, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support compliance risk register maintenance and CAP tracking for Texas Oncology.
• Assist in governance reporting, monitoring plans, and action item closure.
• Develop dashboards and reports on risks, CAPs, audits, and follow-ups for leadership.
• Support investigations, policy development, training, and documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records and compliance-related documentation.
