Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager in its Transformation Office for Texas Oncology. This leadership role is primarily based in Dallas, TX, with travel up to 20% to training and team meetings, and requires current residency in Texas.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, partner with clinicians, operations, IT, and vendors to map workflows, define BRDs, drive KPIs, and ensure compliant, efficient healthcare delivery across Texas

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years as a Business Analyst in healthcare, digital health, or transformation.
  • Experience mentoring or leading analysts or project teams.
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting change management and KPI/outcome measurement.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, and Miro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle, and vendors.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to support strategic priorities.
  • Draft and maintain BRDs and related artifacts for initiatives.
  • Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases.
  • Document workshop outcomes into visual models and deliverables.
  • Apply operational knowledge of healthcare workflows to map and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors to meet documented requirements and business needs.
  • Validate deliverables against BRDs and maintain traceability.
  • Support change management activities and training materials.
  • Develop KPI tracking frameworks and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of reusable artifacts.
  • Support playbooks and governance frameworks for workflows and vendor alignment.
  • Provide BA deliverable reviews and mentorship to the team.
  • Act as a senior liaison to clinicians, operations, IT, and vendor leaders.
