Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager to join the Transformation Office Team at Texas Oncology. Primarily based in Dallas, TX, with travel up to 20% and required Texas residency.

Lead a team of Business Analysts to drive enterprise-wide change in healthcare operations. You will partner with clinicians, IT, revenue cycle, and vendors to align digital health initiatives with goals, standardize methodologies, and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading analysts or project teams in healthcare or digital health.
• Proven ability to gather, map, and document requirements.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, BRDs, and KPI measurement.
• Familiarity with vendor collaboration and solution validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, and vendors.
• Elicit and document requirements supporting strategic priorities.
• Draft and maintain BRDs and related artifacts for initiatives.
• Develop process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support change management and training materials development.
• Mentor and supervise Business Analysts for growth and quality.
