Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking an experienced governance and network development leader to define organizational structures such as ACOs and CINs, evaluate contract participation, and manage governance charters and service agreements. Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare planning and management to lead core market and clinical enterprise development.
• Understanding of physician groups, managed care, contracting, and hospital delivery systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster trust and positive staff/physician relations.
• High initiative, judgment, creativity, discretion, and decision-making to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish network organizational structure options (ACO, CIN, ALYT, etc.).
• Lead evaluation of network participation in contracts and physician category assignments.
• Guide governance and subcommittee leadership, charters, bylaws, and service agreements.
• Develop governance roadmaps, meeting agendas, and follow-up for multiple networks.
• Drive network culture, performance expectations, and HQEP input.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to create network scorecard metrics and targets.
• Oversee governance governance models for CIN/ACO/owned entities and ensure accountability.
