This hands-on leader will ensure reliable systems, accurate data, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical partners to deliver training that meets business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus IT operations experience.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Experience coordinating remote IT teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote IT training and application support team.
