Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in IT operations.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Understanding of healthcare applications, IT processes, data accuracy, and training methods.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and supporting employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
