Baptist Health System KY & IN is seeking a Corp IT Project Manager for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. You will manage a portfolio of IT projects spanning departments and vendors across the Baptist Health network, ensuring deliverables align with schedules and clinical needs.

You will maintain project data in ServiceNow, coordinate with legal for contracts, and provide clear direction and prioritization to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related Healthcare/IT project management experience.
• Three years’ experience leading medium to large projects.
• Expertise with project management tools and formal methods.
• 3+ years’ IT project coordination/PM experience preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple IT projects within the Corporate IT Project Portfolio.
• Track and manage deliverables and project schedule with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Baptist Health departments and vendors to meet goals.
• Record data and maintain meeting notes in the ServiceNow PM system.
• Provide direction, planning, and priority setting with leadership.
