Job summary

Intermountain Health is hiring a Staff Analyst to support information technology applications across their lifecycle, including selection, implementation, support, and decommissioning. The role involves working with Epic and various healthcare systems to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Two years of related experience or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience.
Epic certification maintenance may be required.
Ability to work with various healthcare applications across their lifecycle (selection, implementation, support, archival).

Responsibilities

Provides support to Stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
Translates requirements into design and development specifications and provides product management.
Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
Assists in developing and maintaining testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
Collaborates with vendors for third‑party applications support and integration.
Performs project management duties for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
