Job summary

DAS Health is seeking an Account Manager II to manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare client relationships from a remote US base. You will connect client priorities with our services, drive retention, and lead expansion through consultative account planning, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions, pricing, and campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of growing client relationships through cross-selling, renewals, and expansions.
• Experience building scalable account plans or engagement programs in B2B or MSP environments.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills to use CRM data and pipeline metrics for action.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans that align client priorities with services and retention goals.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across services, hardware, and IT solutions.
• Support renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities while balancing client needs and revenue.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in the CRM and report progress.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, delivery, and sales to expand account value.
• Coordinate internal teams to improve adoption and address client needs.
• Represent client perspectives in internal discussions to drive follow-through.
