Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare and operates with a remote-first model. You’ll join our Tier 1 support, owning customer issues from onboarding to resolution, triaging tickets, and coordinating with labs and service providers to drive timely patient results.

We value empathy and clear communication. You have 2+ years of SaaS support in a B2B2C setting, are based in US EST, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced queue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS support in a B2B2C environment, ideally in a structured support environment.
• Hands-on in identifying, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues; ownership and follow-through.
• Experience at a small or mid-size company; comfortable operating with minimal documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own customer issues from start to solution.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues methodically.
• Support customers across onboarding through ongoing troubleshooting.
