Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for a remote-based role covering the South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida territories. The base pay ranges from $78,000 to $156,000, reflecting experience and location considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study; associate degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence
• Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry (of the 3-5 years' experience 3+ years should be in project management) to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation and integration of customer point of care solutions, taking full responsibility of post-close responsibilities to shorten implementation to revenue time with a goal of 60 days.
• Coordinate involvement of customer, local Point of Care Sales Specialists and other resources for executing successful utilization and adoption of i-STAT products at an accelerated rate.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to support business goals and territory coverage (territory primarily South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida)
• Mentor / train new staff; serve as lead Implementation Personnel within the commercial organization.
