Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in data analysis and executive presentations.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle and financial data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Develop financial models and analyses using Excel
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate analytical findings, financial impact, and key takeaways
• Analyze key revenue cycle areas including accounts receivable, denials, write-offs, bad debt, payer performance, and cash/liquidation trends
• Partner with operational, finance, and clinical teams to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and operational analyses
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support client needs, strategic initiatives, and business priorities
