Job summary

• Master's degree with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years in health services research or related field.
• Experience conducting health services research independently and on multidisciplinary teams.
• Quantitative analytics using SQL, Python, and/or R; experience with Medicare claims data.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative research on CMS and federal/commercial contracts.
• Program and analyze using SQL, Python, and/or R; leverage Databricks for data tasks.
• Prepare internal and client reports and write technical documents.
• Quality assure colleagues' analytic code and outputs.
• Present quantitative results to diverse audiences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting documentation.
• Develop technical approaches for new business opportunities using healthcare data.
