Qualifications

• Master's degree with 8+ years (or PhD with 5+ years) in relevant field.
• Experience conducting health services research on multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R for quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative research methods on CMS and federal projects.
• Perform programming and analysis with SQL, Python, and/or R using Databricks.
• Prepare internal and client reports including technical writeups.
• Ensure QA of teammates' technical specs and outputs.
• Communicate results verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Contribute to business development with technical approaches.
